To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
In the original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories
Not listed as final sale, customized, or clearance items (these are non-returnable)
How to Request a Return

Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please ensure your package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
After verification, we will either:
Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Late or Missing Refunds
